Most kombucha brands reach for imported botanical extracts and generic flavourings that could have come from anywhere. When Elizabeth founded Tea of Life in 2015, she did not look outward for ingredients. She looked at what this extraordinary land already offered: botanicals that had sustained communities here for generations, backed by both traditional knowledge and modern science.
