What makes Tea of Life different?
- Raw & unpasteurised: preserves live bacteria and yeast.

- Superior quality: carefully brewed in small batches with attention to flavour and health.
Is Tea of Life Kombucha safe for diabetics?
Yes! I am a type 1 diabetic myself, and I drink all our flavours without any lift in blood sugar. The fermentation process creates a product that is safe and stabilising for blood sugar levels.
What is the SCOBY?
SCOBY stands for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast. It’s the living culture that ferments the tea. A healthy SCOBY is completely safe, though you don’t need to eat it to enjoy the benefits—just drinking the kombucha gives you the probiotics.
Why does Tea of Life taste tangy?
The tang comes from natural organic acids created during fermentation. This is a sign of a healthy, living product.
Why is there sediment or “strings” in my bottle?
Raw kombucha is alive and unfiltered, so you may notice strands or sediment. It’s a sign of natural fermentation—nothing to worry about.
Do I need to refrigerate Tea of Life Kombucha?
Yes. Refrigeration slows fermentation and keeps the flavour balanced. It also avoids explosions as it is a living drink.
Can children drink it?
Small amounts are generally fine occasionally, but Tea of Life is best suited to adults due to natural acidity and trace alcohol. The cans are 100% safe for children to drink.
Why does it sometimes fizz when opened?
Natural carbonation occurs during fermentation. Open slowly and keep chilled to avoid overflow.
Is it better to drink kombucha or eat the SCOBY?
Drinking Tea of Life Kombucha is the best way to enjoy its benefits. Eating the SCOBY is safe but not necessary and can be hard to digest.

Do I need to drink water with kombucha?
Kombucha is slightly acidic, so it’s always a good idea to drink water alongside it, especially if you’re having multiple servings a day. Water helps maintain hydration and digestive comfort, and balances the acids in your stomach. Why rinse or drink water after kombucha
