The Spring Trio is built on the same REAL kombucha foundation as every other Tea of Life product — whole leaf teas, a living SCOBY culture, slow fermentation for up to 30 days, and no pasteurisation. What sets it apart is the botanical intention behind each flavour selection.

Buchu Lemon leads with indigenous South African character — Buchu is a small aromatic shrub from the Cape fynbos, used traditionally for centuries, paired with bright lemon zest on a black and green tea base. Rose Geranium brings organic Cape Rose Geranium at 1% on a black and green tea base — floral, delicate, and entirely of this place. Hibiscus Lime closes the trio with vivid natural colour from hibiscus and the sharp citrus lift of lime rind on a pure green tea base.

Together, the three flavours carry the lightness and brightness of spring in every bottle.

Buchu Lemon Distinctly South African	Green tea and indigenous Cape Buchu, bright, zesty and herbal. Pale gold with a delicate natural haze. Traditionally associated with supporting digestion and urinary tract health.
Rose Geranium Floral. Elegant. Memorable.	Black tea and organic Cape Rose Geranium, soft, aromatic and refined. Blush pink with a gentle natural effervescence. Traditionally associated with mood balance and emotional wellbeing.

HOW TO SERVE

Temperature
All three flavours: 4 to 6°C. Serve fridge cold.

Glassware
Buchu Lemon — white wine glass or tall glass over ice.
Rose Geranium — champagne coupe or delicate white wine glass.
Hibiscus Lime — white wine glass or gin balloon with citrus.

Opening
Open slowly with a gentle twist over a sink. All three are naturally carbonated — never shake before opening.

Storage
Keep refrigerated at all times. Store upright. Consume within 48 hours of opening.

Sediment
Natural yeast strands or sediment may be visible. This is a sign of genuine fermentation — safe and beneficial to consume.
