What is in the pack
Rose Geranium Organic Cape Rose Geranium on a black and green tea base. Delicate, floral and distinctly South African.
Grapefruit Ginger Fresh grapefruit and ginger on an oolong base. Clean, slightly bitter and very moreish. The all-rounder mixer.
Hibiscus Lime Deep ruby hibiscus with sharp lime on a pure green tea base. Bold, vivid and beautifully refreshing.
Lemongrass Rooibos South African Rooibos and lemongrass. Warm, herbaceous and naturally caffeine-free. The mellow one.
Buchu Lemon Indigenous Cape Buchu and lemon zest on a black and green tea base. Bright, zesty and distinctly South African.
Vanilla Bean Coffee Arabica coffee and Madagascan vanilla. Elizabeth's personal favourite. Combine with rum and something unexpected happens.

HOW TO SERVE

Temperature
Serve ice cold — 4 to 6°C. Keep chilled and serve directly from cold.

Serving order suggestion
Work through the flavours from most delicate to most bold — Rose Geranium first, then Buchu Lemon, Hibiscus Lime, Grapefruit Ginger, Lemongrass Rooibos, and Vanilla Bean Coffee last. Or start with whichever calls to you.

Opening
Open slowly. The natural carbonation builds during storage. Always open over a glass or sink and tilt slightly as you crack the ring pull.

Storage
Keep refrigerated at all times. Store upright. Best consumed as a single serve once opened.

Sediment
Natural yeast strands or fine sediment may be visible in any of the flavours. This is a sign of genuine fermentation — safe and beneficial to consume.

All six flavours work beautifully with spirits. Rose Geranium with gin. Hibiscus Lime with tequila. Grapefruit Ginger with vodka, gin, or rum. Buchu Lemon as a mojito base.
