Tasting Notes

Appearance	Warm amber-red with a gentle natural bead.
Aroma	Earthy rooibos warmth with a bright citrus-herbal lift from the lemongrass.
Palate	Gentle and herbaceous. The rooibos provides a soft, slightly sweet earthiness. Lemongrass adds a clean citrus brightness that keeps it refreshing.
Finish	Warm, soothing and herbal. Long and naturally caffeine-free.

The Brew

Rooibos is one of South Africa's most celebrated indigenous plants — naturally caffeine-free, rich in antioxidants, and deeply earthy in character. Paired with lemongrass, which adds a bright citrus herbal note, this is the most soothing can in the range. Made for evenings, for non-caffeine moments, and for anyone who wants all the REAL kombucha benefit without the natural caffeine.

As a mixer

Pour over ice with a measure of rum for a warm, herbaceous long drink. Add a lemon slice. Also beautiful as a zero-proof evening serve — warm, grounding, and naturally caffeine-free.

Rooibos is traditionally associated with antioxidant support and natural relaxation.

HOW TO SERVE

Temperature
Serve ice cold — 4 to 6°C. The cans are best kept in the fridge and served directly from cold.

Serving
Pour over ice into a glass to fully appreciate the colour and aroma. Or drink directly from the can — this is REAL kombucha in its most convenient form.

Opening
Open slowly. The natural carbonation builds during storage and the cans are pressurised. Always open over a glass or sink and tilt slightly as you crack the ring pull.

Storage
Keep refrigerated at all times. Store upright. Consume within 3 days of opening if you choose to reseal — though they are best finished in a single serve.

Sediment
Natural yeast strands or fine sediment may be visible. This is a sign of genuine fermentation — safe and beneficial to consume.
