The Purple blend brings focus and natural energy through Yerba Mate, Ginseng, and Forest Berries as adaptogens and botanicals, alongside Lion's Mane — a medicinal mushroom. The Blue blend brings stillness and release through Passion Flower and Blue Lotus — the highest botanical doses in the range, best enjoyed in the evening.

HOW TO SERVE

Temperature
All three blends: 4 to 8°C. Serve fridge cold.

Suggested use by time of day
Morning — Yellow (Sceletium Honeybush): calm, grounded start.
Afternoon — Purple (Yerba Mate, Lions Mane, Ginseng): focused, energised performance.
Evening — Blue (Passion Flower, Blue Lotus): stillness, release, and preparation for rest.

Opening
Open slowly with a gentle twist over a sink. All three are naturally carbonated — never shake before opening.

Storage
Keep refrigerated at all times. Store upright. Consume within 48 hours of opening.

Dosage guidance
One 340ml bottle per blend per day is the recommended serving. Start with half a bottle for the Yellow and Blue blends if you are new to Sceletium or Passion Flower and allow your body to adjust.
